Can I drop off my phone at your repair centre to have it fixed?

We only offer a convenient collection and delivery repair service across the country, with a money-back guarantee on all repairs.

How long does a repair take?

Including collection and delivery, your repair will take between 2-5 working days depending on the area you live in.

How do I know that my phone won’t get stolen or damaged?

From the moment we collect your phone delivered back to you, we have your phone insured. It’s safer than walking across the road.

How do I pay for the repair?

You can pay via EFT, a bank deposit, and all major credit and debit cards are accepted.You can also apply for credit to pay for the repair over three months with FASTA. All options are available on checkout!

What if I'm not happy with the repair?

You’ll get your money back in full if you’re not happy with the repair. No fuss.

Could the original quote change upon assessing the damage of the phone?

The original quote does not change for the repair. You will only receive an additional quote if there is more damage than you originally stated or if we find additional faults during the repair.
